There was a huge point missed in the Rob Dingman interview concerning the D36 AMA congressperson that wrote a letter to the ‘uncredible’ Cycle News. I recall the congressperson’s complaint was that there was no transparency concerning the WORCS/AMA relationship. The congress met, AMA knew they were working with WORCS, and AMA announced the deal just after the congress people left. If the deal was going to be announced very shortly, why couldn’t the affected district’s representatives been told rather than be surprised when they get home?
