In July of 2010, Hill sustained an injury while preparing for X Games 16 that would have ended most racer’s career. Since then he has had an incredible comeback story and his results are continuously improving. This past Saturday in Seattle he finished 12th after going down in the first turn. He sits 15th in points which is impressive considering he missed some racing at the beginning of the season.

After a fairly serious crash in the 2012 Isle of Man TT, Brandon is set to go back for 2013 to compete again in this world famous motorcycle race. Cretu started racing motorcycles back in 2006, but his motorcycle racing plans were derailed in 2007 when he broke his neck in a car crash. While healing Cretu came up with the idea and dream to race the Isle of Man event. His first Isle of Man TT race was in 2010. In addition to racing the Isle of Man TT, he also races the Macau Gran Prix as well as local WERA events.

A Ride on the Edge is a short film about motorcycle road racing that Stacy has been working on for a couple years. In the film he features club racing and highlights some personalities in the road racing industry. He’s launched a fundraising project through www.kickstarter.com with a goal of $2,500 to complete the film. So far they are sitting at about $1,600 with only 8 days left. Gillim came away from Daytona’s opening rounds with a 3rd and 11th after wrecking his A bike before the races got going. In 2012 he competed in the AMA Pro SuperSport East division and recorded two victories at Miller Motorsports Park and NOLA Motorsports Park. Had a monster year that consisted of him obtaining 19 tops 10s and 12 top 5s finishing 2nd in the standings. He also raced GNC Pro Singles and finished in the top 5 in his only two starts of the season. Gillim was the 2010 AMA Sports Horizon Award winner, raced in Red Bull AMA US Rookies Cup and MotoGP Rookies Cup.

Since turning pro in 1996, Rapp has won races, on several different sizes of bikes, including the Daytona 200. Last year Steve finished 9th in the AMA Pro National Guard Superbike Points on the Attack Performance ZX-10R and also raced in an AMA Pro Vance & Hines XR 1200 class. This year he didn’t secure a ride but when Dane Wesby crashed at the Daytona 200 Thursday practice, Steve landed a last minute ride for that weekend. Having been a 200 winner in the past and landing a podium in the Superbike class the previous year he was an obvious choice, Rapp delivered with a solid 6th place finish.

Berto Wooldridge has been racing since an early teenager, switching from Jetskis Championships to road racing in 2002 and starting his first year with the AFM. He¹s raced consecutively for 10 years with the AFM, raced 4 seasons of AMA Supersport and Formula Extreme, won multiple class championships in the 600 cc classes and is a multiple top 10 number plate holder, of which is awarded based on championship points. In 2012, Berto was elected as the President of the AFM after serving 6 years consecutively on the board of directors. He is the only President in recollection to have won a class championship, races, and top 10 plate in one season while the active AFM President. Currently, he and the AFM board are working to better the AFM in the road racing world.

This year after the announcement of the shortened Women’s Pro Motocross series. JP set her sights on the GNCC as well. She came out swinging at the opening round with a big win in Florida and in Georgia she finished 3rd, and in North Carolina 3rd again. This weekend she will be racing in South Carolina and sits 3rd in points, just 2 behind the leader. Jessica plans to race a total of 10 GNCC rounds. She also will contest the Women’s Pro Motocross Triple Crown, Womens Motocross X-Games, and EnduroX Womens Class at X-Games (both in L.A.)

Mullins is having a great start to the 2013 Off Road season. He is currently leading the GNCC Series and the National Enduro Series. In the first three rounds of the GNCC Series he scored two wins and one second. The first four rounds of the National Enduro Series have been dominated by Mullins with three wins, the most recent at the Cajun National Enduro. Mullins was the 2011 GNCC Champion and finished 5th last year in the GNCC series.

This is the 5th year for the Carey Hart owned team and Kenny has been a part of it every step of the way. They’ve partnered up with Ricky Carmichael and steadily ramped up their program including factory support from Suzuki. This year they have Broc Tickle and Josh Hill contesting the 450 Supercross class and Broc acting as their solo rider in the Outdoors. Tickle sits in a respectable 10th place in points while Hill is in 15th, despite sitting out several races due to an early season injury.

His first year he rode for Erik Buell Racing securing three podium finishes, with a season best 2nd place at Miami Homestead and 8th overall. Strang missed racing the GNCC Series in 2012 except for a couple rounds and raced the WORCS Series instead. In 2010 he won the GNCC Championship in the XC1 class, in 2009 he was 2nd overall and in 2011 he was 3rd overall.

This season has been really good for Vince. He started Supercross on the West Coast riding a 450 to prepare himself for the 250SX East series where he sits fifth in points. Vince has managed to get a lot of T.V. time and attention with his solid performances and great starts this year. After a rare weekend off, the season resumes this Saturday in Houston.

Herrin came away from the two opening rounds in Daytona, Florida in first place with his win on day one and second place finish on day two. He is followed closely by Martin Cardenas who finished opposite him on both days. The lead in points and win are an exciting start to Herrin’s 2013 AMA Pro Superbike season despite the unfortunate mechanical issues suffered by his teammate Josh Hayes. 2012 was Herrin’s rookie season and it was by all measures a solid year with a best finish of 2nd place and a 4th overall for the season.

Kenny Coolbeth, AMA Pro Flat Track Racer – Harley-Davidson and Chaplan KawasakiCoolbeth left Daytona with a 12th and 6th on days one and two of the event. He qualified his best ever for Daytona on day one with a 7th and his worst ever for Daytona with a 24th. His finishes were clearly not reflective of his qualifying. In 2011 Coolbeth finished in 9th overall in the Twins class and 5th overall in the Singles in the AMA Pro Flat Series. He won back-to-back titles from 2006 through 2008.

Beaubier is the 2013 Daytona 200 Winner and basically dominated the field for the entire weekend from practice to qualifying. Beaubier was a member of the elite Red Bull MotoGP Academy, with which he contended the 125cc Spanish CEV Championship in 2008. In 2009, he finished fourth in the AMA Pro SuperSport East points and stepped up to AMA Pro Daytona SportBike for the 2010 season, where he was immediately competitive. In 2012 he finished third in the AMA Pro Daytona SportBike point standings. Made 17 starts and recorded seven victories.

After a successful amateur career where he won 28 National Titles, Matt turned pro in 2007. In 2011 he compound fractured his tibia and fibula and tore his ACL at a horrific crash in the Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, TX. Today Matt runs a heating and cooling business his dad started in 1987. In 2012 he posted four wins and a handful of podiums but an injury at New Jersey Motorsports Park hindered his final races. He finished the 2012 season in seventh overall and the 2011 season in fifth overall.

They also plan to include four or five rounds in the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Series.

Gerloff started off the 2012 racing season at Daytona International Speedway with a fractured femur in the first practice session. He sat out most of the season and then came back to win the final race of the season at NOLA Motorsports Park. For 2013 he will be racing in the AMA Daytona SportBike class.

Elena Myers, AMA Pro Daytona SportBike – Riedmann Racing Castrol Triumph
Myers will make her AMA Pro Daytona SportBike debut at the 2013 Daytona 200 on a Triumph 675R. Last year Myers won race two at Daytona International Speedway in the SuperSport class making her the first female to win a motorsports event at Daytona International Speedway. In 2010, her SuperSport victory at Infineon made her the first woman to win an AMA Pro race. She finished the season in 2012 in third place overall in the AMA Pro SuperSport West class.

February 16 marked one of the most important moments in the history of AMSOIL Arenacross, featuring Ricky Carmichael’s Road to Supercross, as the inaugural Race to the Championship kicked off from inside Verizon Arena. The top 10 riders in the Arenacross Class standings were all in contention going into the Little Rock event as the points were basically reset and they have only the five final nights to jockey for position. Ames has been strong all year and left the weekend in the points lead. Last Saturday in Witchita he finished 2nd and 9th in the Main Events for 4th overall. Now he sits 3rd in points and just 3 points behind his teammate Tyler Bowers.

Joey Pascarella, AMA Pro DaytonaSport Bike – Riders Discount Triumph
In 2012 Pascarella was the AMA Pro Daytona 200 winner and amazing start to his season. He wrapped up the season in 9th overall with one other podium finish and nine top ten finishes. This year he changes bikes and will be competing on the Triumph Daytona 675R. He will race the Daytona 200 on the 2012 model and then switch over to the 2013 Daytona 675R.

Wyatt Farris, AMA Pro Motorcycle Superstore Supersport – Meen Motorsports
At 19 years old Wyatt is preparing for his first full season in AMA Pro Racing. Leading up to this season he has primarily been racing ASM and WERA for the last three years. Last year he took 27 podiums, 10 first place finishes, and 3 championships. This will be his 4th year of road racing and before that he did Supermoto (2006-2009). He’s signed with the Meen Motorsports team racing the Yamaha R6 prepared by Graves Yamaha. His teammate is Jake Lewis who will race the AMA Daytona Sportbike Class.
