Ken Roczen, 250SX West Champion – KTM Redbull|
Roczen opened the Outdoor season with two wins and the overall. A few weeks ago it was a weekend of firsts for the newly crowned 250SX West Champion. It was the first time KTM won a 250SX Title and the first time Roczen won the 250SX Championship, and he won the Davey Coombs Sr. East/West Shootout for the first time too. After a mishap in the closing rounds of the 250SX Series, the Championship came down to the final round and Roczen delivered a 2nd place finish which is what he needed to take the title.

Dane Westby, AMA Pro Daytona SportBike – Geico Honda|
Westby opened the 2013 season with a nasty crash during practice for the Daytona 200 that injured his spleen. His activity has been seriously restricted for the past 8 weeks but he was recently cleared to race in the upcoming Road America event May 31 through June 2. Westby was the runner up in the 2012 Daytona SportBike Championship and finished inside the top ten in 18 out of his 19 starts. His next best overall in the Daytona SportBike class was in 2010.

Henry Wiles, AMA Pro Flat Track – Lloyd Brothers Motorsports, Ramspar|
Wiles is currently 3rd overall in the AMA Pro GNC Flat Track results as he heads into the Springfield Mile event this weekend at the Illinois State Fairgrounds. It is early in the season but Wiles is 4th in the Expert Twins and 3rd in Expert Singles. He finished out 2012 in 6th overall in the combined results with his 10th in the Expert Twins and 3rd in Expert Singles. Henry turned expert in 2002 and currently holds 20 national wins along with two singles national championships.

His assignment was to transfer the current assembly line from metal cans to plastic bottles. SMEC is an East Coast based group that has been formed to organize and promote SuperMoto races at all levels, from local series to National Pro. The SMEC 2013 Championship is a 6 race series running along the East Coast with our final round taking us to USAir Motorsports Park in Shawano, WI. Coming off a successful Round 1 event at the Oakland Valley Race Park facility in Cuddebackville, NY, they are gearing up to head to Round 2 at The FIRM (Florida International Rally and Motorsports park) in Starke, Florida on 5/26/2013.

Jason Raines, Owner/Instructor- Raines Riding University|
With 38 National Offroad victories, six national championships, an ISDE Silver Medal, and literally hundreds of other race wins, Jason has become an icon in offroad racing. Today he spends his time helping other riders improve their skills with the Raines Riding University that he holds around the country all year long. He also operates the Yamaha demo program where riders can come out and try every new offroad model. This past week Raines was in Winterset, Iowa for the Wiseco Woods Cross Presented by Hicklin Powersports where they had three great days of racing, demos, open trail riding, and schools.
